Please brush your teeth thoroughly before the appointment using your toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Please use toilet facilities at home before attending the practice.
Please do not bring unnecessary belongings.
On the appointment day, please stay in your car and call the practice upon arrival: 01752 662554. Our team will contact you on your phone when it is appropriate for you to come into the practice.
The patient’s temperature will be taken when called to enter the practice. Patients with a temperature above 37.8˚C will not be seen and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Only the patient should come into the practice for their appointment. It will be possible for one parent/guardian/carer from the same household to accompany them if necessary, wearing a face-mask. Accompanying person’s temperature will be taken. If above 37.8˚C, patient will not be seen, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Patients/accompanying person to clean their hands for 20 seconds upon entering the practice using hand sanitiser.
Social distancing must be maintained whilst in the practice.
